Job Description: • IT Industry experience of 12-15 years with demonstrated experience in working with global clients in implementing complex Information management projects. • Hands on experience architecting & implementing multiple large/complex Big Data, Hadoop, Spark based projects for commercial customers utilizing various leading tools & technologies in this space. • Experience in implementing data mining/advanced analytics/predictive modelling/AI/ML programs addressing specific business problems. • Responsibilities include combination of mentoring, solution architecting, business pursuit, operations, and delivery management. • Should have played the role of a SME / Architect. • Will be responsible for building high performance teams and mentoring of resources in the Big Data CoP both in terms of the subject knowledge as well as career choices. • Will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise in the Big Data/Advanced Analytics areas during the pursuit process and during project execution. • Will continuously evaluate the market opportunities in the realm of Big Data/Advanced Analytic areas and enhance the service offerings to address the market needs. • Responsible for providing thought leadership emanating in the form of discussion papers and white papers to create best in class practices and tools for all client engagements. • Should have working knowledge of CMMI processes, Agile Methodologies, DevOps. • Highly articulate with excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work with multi-cultural teams.
