Very strong in Agile, Scrum. Also preferably experienced or aware of Kanban, SAFe, XP etc. 3-Should have done coding and/or testing prior to becoming an Agile coach/Scrum Master.Worked as consultants at client locations, interacted with customers, build relationships than just being transactional.  4-Good to have industry standard Agile certifications such as CSM or ACP or Leading SAFe 4.0. 5-Should be a self-starter and highly motivated. 6-Should have excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written), also good negotiation, problem solving and leadership skills. 7-Maturity in dealing with all levels of business and IT management.
