Hiring for our Client-MNC Role Name â€" Lead Engineer Role: Senior UX Designer Experience â€" 10+ yrs. Role Summary: Conceptualize UX solutions and ensure that the product logically flows from the first screen to the last, from one-step to the next.  Partner closely with other members of the User Experience (UX) team, Systems Engineering, Software Services, Information Development, Testing, Infrastructure and Marketing & Solution Management teams to shape human-centric experiences that meet business objectives. Primary Responsibilities: • As a UX designer, you are primarily concerned with how the product feels (emotion). You explore many different approaches to solving a specific user problem. • End to end UX design of projects that focus on a user-centered design approach • Define user interaction models for new and existing products • Create user focused concepts and interactive solutions for a variety of  scenarios that address both primary user goals as well as business goals • Refinement, maintenance and enforcement of our current design guidelines and strategies  • Work with other UI/UX team members and project contributors to ensure the consistency and quality of the product • Develop detailed site maps, user flows, wireframes, mockups and other product deliverables to effectively communicate UX designs and product requirements to create world-class interactive experiences • Communicate UX design solutions to multiple development teams through detailed specifications • Collaborate with peers and leaders to maintain product continuity and effective user experience to align with priorities and creative direction • Adeptly handle changing priorities throughout a product life cycle Competencies: • 10 years of professional experience creating design solutions for large-scale projects as an interaction designer or user experience designer • Demonstrated knowledge of information architecture, interaction flow, user interface and visual design • Expert skill level in the standard tools of the design trade such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Fireworks • A solid understanding of web and mobile design principles and best use of current web and mobile technologies and scalable dynamic user interfaces • Familiarity with usability heuristics, relevant HCI literature, and best practice user experiences. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and ability to analytically defend your design decisions • Experience designing within an agile environment • Knowledge of usability and accessibility best practices • Strong organization and time management skills • Solid writing and visual communication skills • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively • Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills • Passion, Integrity, and Energy Primary Skills: • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma plus additional prototyping software • User Centered Design • Typography • UX Interaction Design • Good communication skills Secondary Skills: • Fireworks • Agile • JIRA Educational Requirement:    • Degree in industrial design, web design, Human Factors, HCI, visual arts or related area Thanks&Regards, Vidyasagar Rao.
