	Technical Architect  and Lead Developer role : 6 to 15 years of Exp. What we are looking for: We are looking for a talented Technical Architect,Lead Developer and Deputy CTO to join our Management team. Candidates with 6 to15 years of experience with expertise in the below skills will be considered. On daily basis you will help our CTO and our French project director to deal with the projects and developers, deliver training and monitor the youngest talents, implement the complicated modules and functionalities, optimize the code and the SQLs. Technical: Proficient in PHP, JavaScript/jQuery, HTML, MySQL and Linux  Proficient in Web services / SOAP / XML/REST API.  Proficient in any one MVC based framework like Zend, Yii, Symfony ... Proficient in any one CMS like Magento, Drupal, Joomla, Prestashop. Proficient in jQuery Framework. Experience in Web Application development and / or software development, integration with payment gateways, shipping gateways,Social Networking APIs, Google APIs etc. Good in java based  mvc framework(Advantage) Functional: Experience of full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering, functional specification authoring to development, testing and delivery.  Experience of object oriented programming / modular programming and Good Understanding of MVC design patterns and frameworks.  Proficient in Application Architecture and in relational database designing.  Experience of Team management, ability to manage the resources, understanding and resolving their technical issues, motivate and influence the team.  Proven experience in leading and managing the delivery of system/software development projects in a structured environment with good experience in Research and development.  Good in project management skills prime most responsibility is to ensure proper delivery of the project with high level of quality on time.  Strong debugging skills and ability to easily and quickly read and modify the existing Code.
