Our Ideal Candidate
An ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is passionate about discovering and solving complicated problems. A person who is passionate about customer centricity, one who does not hesitate to dig deep into a problem and is ambidextrous in frontend as well as backend technologies.
Your Responsibility
1. Automate processes using RPA technology (UiPath)
2. Work closely with process experts and client resources to analyze and design solutions based on business requirements
3. Develop, test and implement in-scope processes â€" will start off with PoC followed by a pilot
4. Manage staff planning, performance management, capacity modeling / reports, work assignments, training, mentoring, career development, and recognition or disciplinary actions along with maintaining and delivering service request management dashboards to show overview of client interactions and issues raised/resolved
5. Should have excellent programming/software development background
6. You will identify tasks with automation potential together with various teams and customers and implement automation with RPA and other applicable technologies
7. You will be involved in creating the best practices for our new RPA operations
8. You will support and train automation specialists in local teams
9. Enthusiastic and unprompted attitude for implementing and developing new operations
10. Good understanding of business environment, excellent communication skill and ability to work proactively in a fast paced environment
11. Communicate effectively with colleagues and business users
Qualifications
1. Min 8 to 12 years of work experience in one or more software development technologies is a key asset, such as: .NET (C# or VB), Java + node based programming
2. Relevant UiPath experience on identification and implementation
3. Graduate in Engineering / IT / BCA / MCA / Other discipline
4. Previous experience in application or implementation support domain is a must
5. Detail oriented and able to work on multiple streams giving attention to each data element
6. Makes decisions quickly with limited information
7. Exhibits effective collaboration skills and can utilize appropriate resources to find resolutions to issues especially in high pressure situations
