This opportunity is entirely remote and freelance basis and does not require a full time engagement with the organization and can be pursued along with your current profession. The Role you will play: Technical Interviewer/Freelancer-Technical Interview panel Conducting technical interviews based on matching skill sets. Assessing candidates thoroughly on different skill sets. Note: Interviews will be done on our Monjin online platform Experience: - Minimum 10 years experience into UI/UX Development / Designing. Pay - out / Remuneration for each interview- The remuneration is done on a Monthly basis (on 1st of every month), through an NEFT/IMPS transfer. Rs500 for 20 mins - 25 mins. * Pay - out is monthly basis and subject to 10 % TDS deduction. TDS certificates and form -16 are shared on quarterly basis.Interviews are aligned as per time slots provided / availability given by the Interviewer.
