Writes product specifications, design documents or test plans. Participates in the identification of the testing configuration for the overall solution  • Ability to work directly with stakeholders/customers on the new requirements • Work independently or cooperatively as a member of a team • Conducts technical feasibility studies with assistance. • Help/mentor junior team members to          - Define new requirements          - Design & Develop communication protocols/plugins • Perform code reviews to ensure that the code meets desired quality • Learn and enhance knowledge on the various system management components. • Have good knowledge on source control tools • Good communication and learning agility • In-depth analysis and debug of problems. Recommends suggested solutions to problems. Proficient in the analysis of diagnostic traces Assists vendors in problem resolution • Fixes defects in broad areas of code. Solves complex problems with some assistance. Assists others. Reviews external customer UCFs for specific products and updates or creates new test cases as appropriate.
