The successful applicant will work as part of a global solutions team to DESIGN, Build Effort Estimation & DEPLOY “Microsoft SharePoint Infrastructure†for existing and prospective clients through RFP / RFI.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
Owning the design of specific technology solutions from high-level and detailed-level designs to deployment and handover to delivery with minimum of 12+ years’ experience in relevant field
• Design:
 Design efficient solutions that are operationally cost effective to maintain.
 Design solutions to availability and resilience targets in line with requirements
 Exploit and develop shared design blueprint and documentation for on-going reuse.
The applicant will have a solid understanding of:
 Design & Implementation of SharePoint 2003/2007/2010/2013
 Migration from legacy versions of SharePoint, Lotus Notes and other Content management Systems to SharePoint on-premises or SharePoint Online.
 Working experience on third party migration tools such as Metalogix/Quest/ShareGate.
 Playing multiple roles by being a technical lead/SME in the project and mentoring the team members, participating in knowledge transfer and technical workshop
 Create detailed design, migration/transition documentation based on the Collaboration project requirements
 Experience on PowerShell Scripting
 Working Knowledge on Deploying Solutions like Workflows and Integrating with BI.

The following are the mandatoryrequirements of infrastructure based solutions experience for this role:
Experience in the design, implementation of large scale solutions and platforms with the following technologies:
 Strong knowledge on RPI, RFP and Solution response related to SharePoint.
 Strong knowledge on SharePoint Capacity planning, Sizing, Installations, Configurations and Integrations
 Strong knowledge of all IIS versions, Migrations and Upgrading
 Strong Knowledge on IIS Deployments and Performance Tuning
 Good Knowledge on MS SQL
 Strong knowledge of SharePoint Farm Deployments, Migrations and Upgrades
 Strong Knowledge of Data Integrity and Migration, Backup and restore in SharePoint and IIS
 Strong knowledge in identifying and diagnosing performance related issues.
 Strong Knowledge on Best Industry Practices
 Basic knowledge of Virtualization, Windows AD, Exchange, DNS & Microsoft clusters.
 Fluency in verbal and written English is essential
 Strong customer focus, communication skills, and excellent technical and interpersonal skills
 Should be Individual Performer
 Ability to manage and prioritize multiple activities
