PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage a group of developers to ensure timely delivery of all development deliverables to acceptable quality levels. Work with program and product management and provide input to product road map; provide estimates for technical components.· Provide technical leadership and direction to the team; ensure engineering excellence · Establish goals and performance measures for the team; conduct performance reviews, coach and mentor team members to meet strategic objectives.
