The USA offer salary package will be fixed based on the core skills, years of experience etc.,
Salary package will be US$65000.00 to US$ 80,000.00 per annum
Please note this is starting pay and there will be salary hike annually in US.
Job Location: USA
Benefits in US for the offered candidates;
Travel:
The Company will book the ticket and bear the US travel charges for the candidate to resume to his job in New Jersey, USA. For other family members; employee has to bear the travel costs.
Guest House: The first time when the candidate travels from India to resume his job in USA, he/she will be provided to stay at our Guest House until he/she gets his/her first project.
Payroll Processing date Payroll is processed every fortnight, i.e., 15th and 31st of the month. 15th payroll is for the pay period of 16th to 31st of the previous month. 31st payroll is for the pay period of 1st to 15th of the month. Payroll will be processed and automatically credited to your bank account.
Health Insurance: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance will be provided by the company for the employee and his family (family means husband, wife, and children).
Green card (Permanent residency) sponsorship: The Company shall initiate and process for Green card after clocking client approved timesheets of 1500 billable hours.
Leave Policy: We encourage employees to go on vacation during off project period.
Alternately, professionals are to take vacation days as per the approval given by the client.
H4 Visa processing (H4) for the dependents
Company HR will give the required orientation and other assistance to prepare you getting on the project. Full and support will be provided to you by HR. Similarly, you should be willing to learn, with healthy attitude and trustworthy. Company will take every possible sincere effort to keep you happy.
