Position Summary • Design IT infrastructure solutions. • Build technical competency and capability in the assigned technology domain. III. Key Result Areas • Recommend optimal technology solutions to the client using knowledge of technology and tools. • Build technology capability within the vertical and around a particular area / tool within the project. • Ensure adherence to set quality standards of technical artefacts such as design documents. • Define LPSEG definitions, assessments and enablement for respective technologies • Drive BiC initiatives relevant to CoEs Typical Responsibilities Business / Customer • Create specific technology road maps for IT IS. • Respond to the technical sections of RFPs. • Manage delivery of technical design/proposal preparation, Support Service Management processes, tools and disciplines • Create white papers, case maps. • Interface with and build industry community network to retain technology competitiveness. • Work with the client team to address escalations. • Act as a "Technology Evangelist": evaluate emerging technologies and create pilots. • Work with technology partners on PoCs, competency building and new solutions. • Collaborate with product management team in productization of services. • Actively participate/Support in Due Diligence and transitions • Participate/Support Client visits • Participate actively in CSI initiatives If interested please forward your updated resume along with the following details on my mail id debanjana.basu@abcconsultants.in 1.
