Our Lecturer in Child Health Nursing would be ambitious and enthusiastic about cross-disciplinary and collaborative working across the University and the NHS. You will also be prepared to engage in overseas teaching and research. Essential for this position is a Doctoral qualification and a current active membership as a registered child health nurse. You will have excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. Your ability to listen, engage, motivate and inspire others is also key to job performance. The focus for this position within Edinburgh Napier University is to assist in the development, design and delivery of teaching and student centred learning underpinned by academic scholarship and professional practice, within the child health team. You may be expected to contribute to nursing teaching, including overseas teaching, and scholarship covering these priority areas. You may also be required to contribute to collaborative research and scholarship projects contributing to the University's objective of growing our healthcare academic reputation for research-informed student teaching and learning, innovation and integrated academic practice.
