REQUIRMENT SPECIFICATION :
Job Title : Role: Lead Delphi Developer
Experience : 6 - 18 yrs ( 4yrs into Delphi)
Location : Location: Brisbane, Australia (Relocate to Australia for 2years and the base location will be Hyderabad)
Mode of Hiring : Permanent
Notice Period : 10 Days.
It is an On Site opportunity.
Due to Network issue in Naukri portal we had mentioned as 14 LPA.
It is an onsite opportunity for Australia .
The Base Location will be Hyderabad.
We are ready to pay ctc up to 28 LPA.
We are ready to Buy Out your notice period also.The Resource Need To join with in span of 10 days (ten days).
The Resource need to Relocate to Australia with in 10(ten days).The Base location will be Hyderabad.
The opening is with one of the product based cmmi level 5 organisation.
Job Description :
Desired Profile Candidate must have at least 6-18 yrs of experience in the IT industry out of which at least 4yrs into Delphi.
Extensive hands on experience using Delphi.
Strong hands on experience on Delphi.
Role: Lead Delphi Developer
Location: Brisbane, Australia
JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understanding of all Delphi versions and the corresponding changes between versions, support, etc.
Ability to understand code in Delphi 2006 and convert it to Delphi XE7
Ability to work onsite interfacing with technical leads and project managers
Ability to lead offshore team by effectively communicating requirements
Ability to interview and onboard development team
Effective communication and documentation skills
Familiarity with DAO database (Access / mdb)
Competent with SQL server queries, views and basic database design.
Understanding of code change between non-Unicode & Unicode versions of Delphi
Good User Interface / User Experience skills
Report & Form creation, specifically using Report Builder
Experience with design and maintenance of business applications which include financial information.
Primary Skill : Delphi XE7
Delphi 2006, Team Leading capabilities
