1) Should have expertise on Android App Development.
2) Should have good knowledge on Core Java
3) Knowledge on Native application is preferred , however little bit of Hybrid Application would also help.

5). experience in Mobile based App development in the Android based Mobile Platforms.
6). Good understanding on the Object Oriented Concepts.
7). Good understanding and Hands on experience in the complete Software Development Cycle.
8).Hands on the Experience and exposure on the Design Patterns
9).Strong capability to learn and quick adaptability to new and different technologies.
10).Personal traits include team compatibility, amicable nature and good communication skills.
11).Highly motivated and self-driven.
