Experience of managing testing teams/ practice over size of 50. In depth knowledge of Mobility and
Enterprise mobile testing
Testing Experience of 12+ years in Mobility and Enterprise solutions alone.
Soft skills must - Fluent communication, Interpersonal skill, people management
Understand the testing effort by analyzing the requirements of project. Help with pre-sales effort.
Estimate/ Review and obtain management support for the time, resources and budget required to
perform the testing.
Define the Test Strategy, Review, Guide, Assist as needed
Build a testing team of professionals with appropriate skills, attitudes and motivation.
Identify Training requirements to continuously enhance skills of the team members (Technical and
