SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
*Expert in Informatica Power Center 9.x with minimum 5-9 years of experience.
*In depth knowledge of Informatica 8.x/9.x Power Center and Power Exchange as a developer
*Experience in defining the solution strategy and implementation methodology
*Strong understanding of ETL, data structures, data flow, data patterns, and data governance.
*5+ years of experience in development, maintenance, and enhancement of Informatica Mappings, Work-flows, and processes
*Experience in developing and deploying Informatica in Unix environment
*Ability to analyse and retrieve metadata from Informatica repository
*Ability to architect an ETL solution and data conversion strategy.
*Ability to architect an ETL solution and data conversion strategy
*Project experience with developing complex SQL query
*Project experience with dimensional data model
*Strong communication skill to work with client, business users and team members
*Ability to work independently once guidance and goals are provided
*Ability to work in a team
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
*At least 5 years working experience in a variety of technical roles within Information Technology
*5 or more years' experience as an Informatica developer
