Our portfolio consists of multiple Front Office applications used by Equities traders. This includes sales/trading order management systems, client reporting solutions, etc. Role Description: Candidates will be expected to be best of breed individual contributors; possess strong inter-personal skills as well as proven track record of delivery in application delivery with technical skills in Core Java. The day to day activities of the role will encompass the full project lifecycle, including: *Developing/Enhancing mission critical server side software components *Designing software and producing scalable and resilient technical designs *Digesting and understanding Business Requirements and designing solutions which meet needs Essential Skills: *Excellent Core Java *Multi-threaded Programming *Building stand alone server-side java processes, preferably using Spring *RDBMS experience, preferably Sybase ASE *Exposure to messaging software, preferably JMS/ EMS *4+ years of relevant experience Desirable (but not essential): *Experience working on Unix/Linux *Continuous integration and build tools such as Hudson, Maven, etc. *Securities Equity Product Knowledge *Engineering Graduate from a good institute Preferred Person Specification: *Demonstrate Continual Improvement in terms of Individual Performance *Bright and enthusiastic, self starter *Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Interview Date: 2nd April 2016 Interview Process is as follows: 2 Technical Round for around 30 - 45 mins Managerial Interview Thanks & Regards, Manohar Jadhav   Is this job relevant to you?
