Job Description:
We have an immediate opening for Senior Technical Architect position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for architectural governance and technical oversight of multiple implementations as well as working with business stakeholders to provide technology direction and solutions to complex business problems. This exciting opportunity requires sound architectural software engineering background and strong technical leadership.
Responsibilities:
Define architectural vision and direction of enterprise-wide solutions including custom-developed application components.
Drive the translation of complex business initiatives into innovative technology solutions and ensure architectural consistency across solution boundaries.
Create technology roadmaps in line with business vision and direction.
Work with Business Stakeholders and Project Managers to understand inefficiencies in existing business processes and applications and recommend solutions.
Work collaboratively with the other technical experts in IT to make technology decisions impacting cross portfolio solutions and implementations.
Work on developing frameworks Proof of Concepts engage in CoE activities
Provide detailed suggestions ideas from a design standpoint to the project teams
Single starter and ability to work in a team environment
Required Experience:
11+ years overall IT experience with .Net technologies.
Experience in an Architect role.
Proven experience planning designing and implementing software architectures and large scale business solutions.
Exposure to and experience with software and architectural patterns
Strong understanding of software engineering principles- Design/ Development/ Development methodologies (SDLC/ SCRUM/Agile etc.)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership skills decision making and problem solving abilities.
BS and/or MS in computer science or equivalent experience.
Mandatory Skills:
ASP.NET; C#; C#.NET; MVC; Entity Framework; LINQ; System.Data; System.XML; WCF 4.5 REST/SOAP; Visual Studio 2012
