Job Description:

Job Location: Bangalore
Main Responsibilities:
- Help evaluate customer requirements and estimate effort for different stages of Software Development Life Cycle
- *Design and Develop custom OAT scenarios and/or code as needed to implement the customer solution
- *Develop the project technical specifications based on the customer requirements
- *Participate in customer's requirements workshops to understand the customer's business problem, its scope, the business requirements to be met and customer expectations regarding the solution
- *Develop the overall technical design for secure enterprise and RFID (radio frequency identification) systems and applications.
- *Participate in and sometimes lead the development and internal testing effort, working with a combination of US, European and India resources
- *Prepare operations, interfaces, user and solution documentation as required
- *Provide support to the Sales team as needed with product demonstrations, attending sales call and development of customer proposals
* Apply standard Software Development Lifecycle processes
Minimum Requirements: Education & Experience
* Degree in Computer Science or related fields
* 10+ years experience in Java development or .net
Expertise in technologies such as Java/J2EE or .NET, SOAP, XML, SQL, Databases (SQL server, Oracle)
* Experience in one or more object-oriented programming language (C++,C#,Java)
* Experience in developing enterprise software using JAVA or .Net technology
* Hand-on developer who would be willing to develop code and debug
* Experience in deployment and supporting solutions for customers
* Strong problem solving ability and willingness to learn new technology
* Good communication skills
* Willing to travel out of India on short term as well as long term assignment
* Experience with RFID Solutions is strongly desired
