	Job Description
	5 to 12 years experience in OO design and Java development  Strong Experience in Core Java; J2EE application development Experience in Spring and Spring Batch would be a plus with hibernate and struts. Expertise in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Web services, designing applications within a portal framework, application-to-application integration, and message queuing  Good understanding of UML and object oriented concepts  Strong project management, project delivery, team management skill  Ability to multi-task across numerous activities A background in large scale transaction processing and financial management systems. Experience working in a team environment where team members are geographically dispersed. Client interaction and presentation skills.
