	To understand client requirements and propose & deliver technical solutions (1.) To train others and prepare and deliver presentations for knowledge sharing among different teams in the project (2.) To analyze |define and design technical solution for ERP products enhancement and work towards continuous improvement during product implementation and production support stages (3.) To coordinate with technical teams for pending RICEFs (4.) To interact with the client and other functional teams for gaining understanding of the requirements (5.) 	Desired Candidate Profile
	Education:   (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (PG - Any Post Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (Doctorate - Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required) Candidate should have at least 8 Years relevant experience in MS SharePoint with at least 2 years of exp in architect role. Should have strong knowledge/ work ex. in package solution. 1. SharePoint 2007/2010/2013 1. Designer Workflows. 2. Leverage OOB Web Parts. 3. Infopath Forms 4. Knowledge of SharePoint Best Practices. 5. Business Intelligence dashboards 6. CSOM 7. JSOM 8. REST Services 2. C# and OOPS 3. ASP.NET 4. Jquery Other Skills: 1. Development consulting experience. 2. SharePoint Certification Nice if they have one but its an optional. 3. Demonstrates technical skills, initiative, independence, willingness to learn and flexible to meet the project needs. 4. An excellent problem-solver, able to quickly grasp complex systems and identify opportunities for improvements and resolution of critical issues.
