Job Description
Overall 5 to 15 years of System Administration Experience out of which at least 3+ Years should be in Oracle Admin environment.
Responsibilities:
· 3+ years of experience with Oracle databases.
· Current working knowledge of Oracle 11 and 12.
· Experience with very high transaction databases.
· Knowledge and experience with Unix systems.
· Knowledge and experience with OEM/Grid Control.
· Ability and desire to learn new skills quickly.
· Ability to effectively communicate issues and resolutions to all levels of the organization.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive customer and internal information.
· Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Position 2 : SQL DBA (5+ years)
Job Responsibilities:
· Database Administration in Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2005/2000 and providing production support for 24X7 high availability environments.
· Database Mirroring, Partitioning, Replication, and Log Shipping in MS SQL Server.2005/2008 Server installation & Migration
· Performance Monitoring and tuning of OLTP/OLAP database server and databases in MS SQL Server 2005/2008.
· Performance Monitoring using tools such as Quest Performance Analyser, Quest Spotlight, Litespeed, and others.
· Troubleshooting and Performance tuning of slow running Queries.
· Patching.
· DR test.
· Cluster Administration.
