1. 10-12 years of experience, having been a Tech Lead and participated in project design. Candidate should be good in several Java / J2EE technologies, frameworks, application and webservers, third party implementation libraries. The list includes and not limited to OSGi, JBoss, Websphere, weblogic, Tomcat, Hibernate, struts, spring, JaxB, Webservices, jBPM, etc. Candidate should also be good at databases namely, Oracle, MS SQL, DB2. Candidate is expected to absorb any third party libraries, platforms, suite.
2. Participate in Design based on Requirements
3. Analyze and come-up with any gaps in requirements
4. Participate in client discussions and workshops. Co-ordinate with onsite/client for any clarifications
5. Participate in estimates and prepare WBS
6. Adhere to team mgmt functionalities with a willingness to travel (short-term if necessary)
7. Provide the status to all the stakeholders (internal/external) in a timely manner
8. Resolve the issues to the satisfaction of client stakeholders
9. Adept at absorbing any new technologies as required
10. Participate in the sustenance/maintenance activities
11. Ensuring performance of unit and integration testing of software deliverables meeting client standards.
12. Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an Engineering discipline.
