Indecomm Global Services provides end-to-end services to global software product companies including product management, product engineering and professional services, through offshore delivery and on-site execution across a variety of domains such as Internet Technologies, Enterprise planning, Business Intelligence, Life Sciences, Data Management, Spend Management, Internet Security, Portal Technology to some of the most prestigious names like Google , SPX, Symyx, SONY, handango, 4medica, New York Times to name a few.
We are currently about 4000 people in our offices worldwide and are looking to deploy local leadership to help India office become the technology powerhouse it is capable of becoming.
JOB SPEC:
*Will be 50% technical (involved in personally writing and debugging code) and 50% managerial role
*Tech skills required: C#, ASP.Net MVC; must also be willing to work on VB6; Javascript, HTML, SQL are desirable additional skills
*Experience leading Agile teams, especially with team facilitation rather than command & control
*Strong on good engineering processes and tools - unit tests, code reviews, continuous integration, story-point based estimation, retrospectives
*Able to deep dive into code and work with team members to resolve issues as required
*Strong communicator with ability to work well with client stakeholders in the US and UK
*Able to mentor and guide engineers to ensure delivery success
