Key functions:
Recruit Life Advisors (LA�s):
Recruit qualified Life Advisors (LA�s) in-line with manpower targets through recruitment support (recruitment agency, ads, tele calling, etc.) and own referrals Plan recruitment activities on a periodic basis to maintain manpower levels Institutionalize the process of selecting LAs to maintain healthy base of engaged, consistently performing agents. Ensure desired mix of agents to broad base the performance Approve and enforce promotions & validations by regularly reviewing sales performance
Achieve Team Sales Targets: Set sales target for team of LA�s on a weekly basis & provide support to them through continuous coaching interventions Co-ordinate with local telemarketing vendors to resolve performance issues and provide updates on results on a regular basis Strengthen relationships with partner�s staff at their points of presence to generate quality leads for agents Co-ordinate/carry out training sessions for tele-callers on a periodic basis Manage, motivate & monitor the performance of active LAs Conduct meetings to review performance, disseminate information , address common problems and concerns on a weekly basis to achieve targets Identify the development needs of LA�s and work with the distribution training team to schedule appropriate technical , product and skills training interventions Accompany agents on customer visits to support and improve their sales skill & conversion Motivate the LA�s by providing support , recognizing good performers and arranging appropriate team-building activities on a regular basis
Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure that LAs provide only need based solutions to our customers & handle complaints in a timely manner Regularly engage with customers to build relationship for higher persistency and new business opportunities Manage the quality of business through zero level tolerance on mis-selling, customer complaints and taking stringent disciplinary action when necessary Motivate, mentor and coach the LAs to deliver superior experience to the customer Drive usage of AXA digital tools for enhancing the customer experience and to reduce the time required to complete the transaction
Market Intelligence:
Attend training and keep abreast of product and service developments within the organization Keep up-to-date with market developments, company policies & procedures, sales process and legislations and disseminate to the team
Desired Profile: Knowledge about insurance products including similar competition products Must have prior experience of 3-5 yrs (MOA 2) & 5+ yrs (MOA 3) in in customer facing sales, preferably financial products
