The candidate will be on the permanent payroll of Experis IT, supporting the internal projects. He/She may be deployed at the client place as per project requirement.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Java Developer designs and develops software. The role will require the developer to understand the business needs, translate the functional requirements into a technical design specification, code the solution and unit test and document the results. The developer must have experience with mission critical large scale web applications. The position requires strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work closely with business analysts, system administrators and architects.
REQUIREMENT 1
PreRequisites:
-Excellent communication, analytical & troubleshooting skills
- Adaptability to work in multicultural environment
- Must have Fortune 500 US company experience, strong preference for Telecom, and/or Insurance, and/or Financial Services domains
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands on programming experience in Java
-Possesses Object Oriented Java skills with exposure and deep understanding of multiple frameworks (JEE, Spring)
-Experience in full lifecycle Agile software development
- Application development experience in Enterprise computing environment
Primary Skill:
-Strong Core Java and Object Oriented Programming knowledge, including knowledge of Gang of Four design patterns
-JEE (including EJBs) or Spring
-UML, XML and SOAP or RESTful web services
-Oracle or DB2 including SQL and stored procedures
-Entity EJBs or an ORM Framework like Hibernate, Toplink or iBatis
-WebSphere, WebLogic or JBoss
-Developing applications on Unix/Linux platforms
-Development exposure in Eclipse, RAD or NetBeans
-Experience using source control and bug tracking systems in a team environment
Additional Skills:
-Developing cross platform code
-Building scalable systems with very high levels of concurrency and transactions
-Exposure in JMS and multithreaded applications
REQUIREMENT 2

-Experience with at least one MVC framework Struts, Spring MVC, JSF, GWT, etc.
-Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
-Experience with JavaScript libraries like jQuery or Dojo
-Experience writing applications using AJAX
-Experience with UI debugging and profiling tools
-Experience cross browser compatibility
-Experience with Web Services
-Experience with Oracle or DB2
-Experience with an ORM Framework like Hibernate, Toplink or iBatis
-Experience with WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss or Tomcat
-Experience performance tuning web applications
-Experience developing applications on Unix/Linux platforms

INTERVIEW PROCESS:
Interview Process will start tentatively from 1st Week of July 2015.
1st Round : Technical Interview
2nd Round : Talent Management (Fitment) Interview
3rd Round : Final Technical Interview
4th Round : Final Talent Management Interview
Mode of Interview for 1st & 2nd Round – Telephonic/ Video Skype
Mode of Interview for 2nd & 3rd Round – Video Skype (Mandatory)
Candidate should be available for the Video Skype/ telephonic interview as per the panel's availability for all the rounds. Candidates shall be informed much in advance.
** Skype Id is mandatorily required.
MOBILITY PROCESS
After the final selection the necessary Work Permit/Visa processing will take place. The candidate is expected to resign from his current employer once his/her Visa is approved and is intimated by International HR team.
All expenses related to candidate's work permit filing (excluding visa stamping) would be taken care by Experis. Candidate has to take care for their dependent's visa processing. However, we will help with documentation query.
Passport Validity has to be 1+ years and above.
Once you are selected, Experis will send a Conditional Offer Letter ("Subject to Visa Approval" will be mentioned in that letter).
BACKGROUND CHECK PROCESS:
Background checks will be conducted for 7 years of employment, highest education, 10 years criminal and address. Candidates are required to furnish correct information along with documentation about their education, employment etc. The previous employment should be in organizations which are currently in operation.
