* intraday execution and booking with peaks of over 1,000 trades per second
* from Saxo Trader trade request received, until it is executed, booked and exposure updated in risk management system in under 15 milliseconds
* over 1,000,000 trade transactions processed daily.
THE JOB
We are looking for a Sr. SharePoint developer that will helps us maintain and develop our SharePoint farms and SharePoint based applications.
SharePoint is a business critical platform for Saxo Bank being used both for our external facing web sites as well as for multiple internal applications. The external web site Saxobank.com, along with the regional sites, is promoting presence across multiple regions and countries and plays a key role for Saxo Bank's marketing efforts and client on-boarding. Among the internal applications using SharePoint is our Intranet and our Business Intelligence portal. From a technology perspective the SharePoint applications are based on the latest technologies including SharePoint2013, PowerShell framework 4.0.
You will be part of the SharePoint development team who is responsible for
* Working closely with Web masters and other stakeholders to develop new functionality
* Ensuring that the requirement for change to applications is fully understood and that the planned work will satisfy these requirements.
* Managing the release and deployment process
* Handling software-related incidents.
* Ensuring that all changes to applications are properly documented and that all applications documentation is kept up to date
YOUR PROFILE
* 7+ years of experience required in developing SharePoint based applications.
* Have experience in developing SharePoint code (C#) and using the Object Model
* Have experience of PowerShell
* Have experience of .NET 4.5
* Have experience of jQuery, jQueryUI
* Managing software system in production environment
* Have the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
* Have good communication skills and can manage expectations with different stakeholders
* As a person you are analytical yet an extrovert, solution oriented, positive and energetic
* Have good experience in dealing with European companies and cultures
