Key Skills and Experience Required:
* Experience Level - Minimum of 11 Years and max of 15 years.
* Candidate should possess expert knowledge of Microsoft technologies ranging from design, implementation, migration, and systems management for enterprise IT environments.
* Should have experienced IT challenges in an enterprise environment, and can communicate your experience effectively to customers. Ability to help a customer understand best practices around IT strategy and operations.
* Experience in designing backup and replication strategies around cost reduction and operation efficiencies
* Participate in Project Proposals, scope and budget estimations and risk management efforts
* A minimum of 10 years of experience with object-oriented. NET (C#, ASP.NET (MVC), VB.NET, SQL Server) design and development.
* Act as a team lead and manage complex projects
* Virtualization Systems Management Experience
* Web service development and utilization (WCF / Web API preferred)
* SQL Server and high-performance database technologies
* Experience leading and mentoring development teams using Agile or iterative development SDLC practices.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience with the development, selection and/or implementation of application frameworks and established leading enterprise design patterns
* Experienced in implementation of Azure and related cloud technologies
* Developing and implementing SQL/TSQL scripts with some C# application development.
* Be a quick decision maker and be able to justify his plans.
* Desired knowledge on SharePoint fundamentals.
* Strong knowledge on various authentication mechanisms such as Single Sign On, Windows Authentication, Kerberos and OAuth.
Roles/Responsibilities
PRACTICE SPECIFIC :
Instill customer confidence by working with prospects at both a technical and business level
Lead and train project teams through the complete project life cycle - from capturing customer requirements to delivering solutions on time
Be the single point of contact for managing engagements with customers, becoming their trusted technical advisor, and a subject-matter expert
Contribute to practice development by creating reusable components and sharing key project-learnings within the practice
Execute proof-of-concepts
Assist customers and internal teams in defining and responding to RFPs / RFIs
Participate in and actively support mentoring team members & building relationships within practice
