Primary Skill :Query, jQuery Mobile, jQuery Block UI, hiChart, CCSS 3, HTML 5 (HTML 4.0/5, XHTML, DHTML, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, JSON and XML)
Secondary Skill :Java, JSP, iOS and Andorid development

Essence of the Job / Job Purpose
* Works on problems involving the evaluation of specifications for complex business requirements and processes (new, enhancements, maintenance), and develops and prepares computer solutions. Performs and leads modeling, simulations, and analysis efforts. Verifies program logic by preparing test data for trial runs, tests and debugs programs. Participates in the overall systems testing. Supports the implementation of the application into production environments.
* Hands on Experience Jquery, Java Script, CSS mobile web application design and Java web technologies.
* Excellent Application Design skills.
* Having very good analytical, debugging and communication skills.
* Play lead role for all FrontEndDevelopers in WFIS including contractors, review their work, design and guide them technically. Performance tuning, security implication resolution etc.
Job Description
* 4 year or graduate degree in Computer Science or engineering
* 8 + years of hands-on software design and development experience in User Interface (UI) and experiance area
* 3 + years of Experience in jQuery, jQuery Mobile, jQuery Block UI, hiChart, CCSS 3, HTML 5 (HTML 4.0/5, XHTML, DHTML, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, JSON and XML)
* Strong Java Script knowledge
* Accessibility standards (AA ADA Compliance), experience on WAI-ARIA, WCAG
* Web based Mobile application design, development, debugging and performance tuning experience.
* Application implementing MVC Architecture, integrating Hibernate and spring frameworks (JSP familiarity, and server side integration of UI codebase)
* Work experience with SVN and any other Version control systems.
* Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
* Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Self motivated, resourceful, independent and eager to learn new technologies.
* Customer and delivery focused, with strong analytic and problem solving skills.
Nice to Have
* Good communication and analytical skills
* Mobile application last mile and performance profiling and tuning
* Server side coding and debugging familiarity
* Analyzing and fixing security issues in Java Script
* Integration and setup of Java Spring application
