	MUST HAVE SKILLS . Java/J2ee, Spring Framework, Sybase, UNIX. Experience in delivering products using Agile based methodologies. Experience in writing technical specifications, proposals and overseeing construction of Java EE solutions based on functional specifications. Ability to asses, design and provide solutions to applications in all stages of the SDLC. Technical expertise in Java language, its core libraries, and other 3rd party or open-source frameworks. Ability to present complex technical constructs to business and non-technical users. Advanced knowledge of distributed, heterogeneous scalable systems design. Ability to work under tight and strict timelines.     Domain Skills Requirement: Mandatory 2-3 years of experience in Reference Data in Capital Markets. Understanding of Capital Markets products and securities. Good understanding of securities and client reference data and various data sources. Good understanding of Entity/Book hierarchy and structure in an Investment Bank.
