Aditi is looking for a highly experienced (Associate technical architect / Technical architect) to be a part of its web-app development team.
JD :
The Technical Lead Associate technical architect / Technical Architect is responsible for the overall technical design and build of the custom elements of the solution. The prospective resource will works as a team member along with the Project Manager, Solution Architect, Developers and Quality Assurance team members to deliver the complete solution for the client.
The candidate in conjunction with the Architect, will shape the overall technical strategy for assigned custom development projects. This includes driving architectural and technical vision, communicating and adhering to SDLC, overseeing developers and QA, and taking overall responsibility for software development. This is a hands-on position; the Technical Architect will be expected to work deep in the code as well as in a technical management capacity.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
* Passionate about software development and clean design, with a strong focus on user experience
* Ability to understand business requirements/functional specifications and convert them into solution designs / technical development requirements
* Proven good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering software that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities
* Produce detailed technical design documents to match the solution design specifications including database schema, application architecture, and deployment approach.
* 3+ years? proven ability to set technical direction and lead onshore/offshore development and QA teams
* 7+ years? experience with advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in:
* Enterprise, multi-threaded and SOA application development
* Microsoft .Net Framework including .NET 4.0/4.5 C# ASP.Net, MVC, and WebAPI
* Web technologies, including HTTP, XML JSON and REST
* SQL databases, including T-SQL and creation/use of stored procedures, functions and views
* Strong working knowledge of Solution Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its appropriate implementation in a wide variety of environments
* Proven experience working in fast paced Agile and Scrum environments with established project schedules
* Strong background and knowledge of all aspects of software testing ? unit, component, regression, functional, systems integration and user acceptance testing
* Experience in influencing new business and estimating effort for presales proposals/scopes of work
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* Exemplary client service and teamwork skills
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills
* Solid organizational and time management skills -- able to design and execute to project schedules and handle multiple priorities
* Experience working in a fast paced and high energy work environment
* Participate in internal projects and strategy/planning as required
