Apply Now   Reply Dear Candidate, Job Title : Mobile Development (Android) Job Location : Bangalore / Gurgaon Years of Experience : 8-12 Years Job Description: JOB PURPOSE Manager Mobile Development Android will be the subject matter expert on Mobile platform, and will be using Sapient as well as Industry best practices and standards, to deliver high value and quality to Sapient clients. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Bring deep, hands-on technology expertise to the table on Mobile platform and will be responsible for supporting delivery teams through architecture, design and build in the capacity of a technology subject matter expert on Mobile platform. Also responsible for actively engaging in larger domain/ activities on an ongoing basis such as team management and development, knowledge sharing as it pertains to innovation on the mobile platform, and project planning and estimation for incoming projects. SKILL REQUIREMENTS * Android Application development. * Proficiency in Objective C * Minimum 3 years of hands on experience in application Design and Development on Android platform * Overall 8-12 years of experience with min 5-6 years of experience in Mobile application development. * Understanding of Apple best practices for application development. * Experience in design and development of Android application(s) requiring integration with Web Services. * Experience in leading development projects. * Understanding of Testing Methodology used in Mobile Domain. * Understanding of available framework(s) for application development on iOS platform. Business Knowledge: Domain experience on Mobile Applications Development would be a plus Personal Attributes: a. Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions b. Excellent communicator (written and verbal, formal and informal) c. Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution d. Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision. e.
