* Architecture and Design of Enterprise Application/Product Development
* Design solutions for complex business requirements - design and implement core software components and frameworks
* Establish reference application architecture and technology roadmap in line with business strategy
* Should have hands on experience in design patterns and strong object oriented analysis and design skills
* Experience in enterprise application integration using WebServices, MOM
Mandatory Skills:
* Hands-on experience with Oracle RDBMS, SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, Java/JEE, HTML, JavaScript frameworks and AJAX technologies
* Experience in developing software systems(product development will be a plus)
* Strong understanding of n-tier web architecture, asynchronous request handling, responsive web design.
* JEE application servers experience such as Tomcat, IBM WebSphere, WebLogic
Personal Traits:
* Strong comprehension, analytical and problem solving skills
* Excellent Communication skills (written, verbal & presentational) are mandatory
* Passion for success and resilient with strong negotiation skills
Roles & Responsibility:
* Develop re-usable application components/libraries using Internal frameworks and Java, JavaScript/Ajax Technologies and Oracle PL/SQL.
* Develop deep understanding of our software products and business ecosystem, identify issues and proactively provide solutions
* Write design documents for components, participate and lead in code reviews, design reviews
* Recommend best practices and define guidelines for application development
* Work with Platform Development and Product Management to define non-functional requirements and evolve architecture
* Provide leadership and be a technical mentor for team members and developers
Education & Experience :
BE or B Tech or MCA
