	Shift Timings Mainly afternoon shift 4 PM to 1 am) Designation UI/UX Lead Eli Global (AAPC) is looking for a candidate to head our eCommerce website from design, front-end and usability perspective and manage a team of designers and UI/UX developers. The candidate should be able to evaluate the website from a usability and design perspective and must have the ability to articulate and explain the concept to the US and India team. He/she should be good at project planning, monitoring the execution and understand the importance of project deadlines. The ideal candidate should also have a sound understanding of the latest front-end design standards (HTML5/CSS) as well as Google Analytics. Job Responsibility will include: Proactively coordinating with US team to understand business requirements and needs Working with creative and technical project teams to define and document requirements (business, stakeholder, user, and content), success metrics (quantitative and qualitative), overall user experience vision on projects, and recommend strategically sound solutions to meet business needs Doing Market and Competition research and coming up with suggestions for improvement of the website Designing wireframes to convey your ideas Coordinating with Internal teams of Designers/HTML Developers/.NET Developers Auditing teams work and managing timelines Managing workflow to ensure that team is maximizing bandwidth and project output Desired Skills: Strong written and spoken English skills Team management of designers and UI/UX developers Solid understanding of website information architecture Strong understanding of layouts and wire-framing Understanding of HTML5/JavaScript Solid knowledge of responsive design and web design trends and innovations Project Management skills About AAPC AAPC was founded in 1988 to provide education and professional certification to physician-based medical coders and to elevate the standards of medical coding by providing student training, certification, ongoing education, networking, and job opportunities.
