Please find the details below: Job Description: * Minimum 5 years' experience in data warehousing development in large reporting environment(s) * Minimum 3 years' hands on experience with SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS and SSRS * Minimum 3 years' hands on experience with T-SQL and MDX languages Plus: * Off-shore candidate * Experience in custom application user interface definition & design Job Description: The Microsoft BI Developer is responsible for the development and implementation of Microsoft BI solutions for all persistent data structures across the enterprise reporting environment. This is a hands-on position that requires the individual have expertise in the areas of relational theory, data modeling as well as dimensional modeling. The candidate must have broad understanding of BI tools, architecture, functions, and features with strong technical background including relational databases, multi-dimensional databases, OLAP and/or reporting tools and metadata management. The individual in this position will interact with project managers, business analysts, co-developers and business users. The Microsoft BI Developer has the following responsibilities: * Participate in analysis phase of the project * Create logical data models for the project * Perform source system data quality analysis * Business requirements definition, mapping, and gap analysis * Technical design document preparation * Microsoft BI application design and prototyping * Test scenario definition, script development, and scheduling * Work with cross-functional user and technical teams Education Required: Bachelor's Degree Experience Required: * Minimum 5 years' experience in data warehousing development in large reporting environment(s) * Minimum 3 years Hands on experience with SQL Server 2008/ 2008R2, SQL Server Integration Services 2008/ 2008R2, SQL Server Analysis Services 2008/ 2008R2 and SQL Server Reporting Services 2008/ 2008R2. * Minimum 3 years Hands on experience with T-SQL and MDX languages * Experience with STAR schema * Business Intelligence features in Report Builder Total Experience: Relevant Years of experience: Current Company: Current CTC: EXP CTC: Notice Period: (Looking for candidates who can join in maximum 15 days) Work Location: Bangalore In addition if you are aware of other Technical Professionals who may be interested in opportunities; please give them my contact information.
