Position: Sr Development Manager Exp:9+yrs Location: Pune -Engage with key stakeholders, internal and external, to understand the product and user requirements of the solutions we are creating. -Create architecture and solution for both app front end and backend from given product definitions. -Create and manage tasks for app team and app backend team in an agile environment. -Own the Company's app product releases and manage projects across global teams. -Manage QA team to create and execute test cases from given product requirements. -Work directly with product team and ensure proper delivery and understanding of product requirements. -Understand various technical issues & requirements, provide technical guidance leadership. -Manage various engineering milestones and their adjustments based on priorities. -Active involvement in drawing technical architectures or framework documents. -Proactively identify issues or improvements from test reports, app storereviews/feedbacks and prioritize tasks to achieve better user experience and service consistency. -Continuously monitor technology advancements and bring it in our use.
