Job description:
Currently, we are looking to build out our product and engineering team. As our CTO, we are looking for you to build our team while staying hands on, developing and interacting with Executives. Every employee plays a critical role in our success and we are always looking for energized people who love to drive to results to join in our fun.
Requirements:
- 6 - 8 years of E-commerce online marketing experience in a leading/managing capacity
- Strong experience with SEO, SEM, affiliate marketing, social media, PPC, and other online marketing efforts
- Experience in web and creative design and usability principles, including mobile and social media platforms
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional efforts with multiple vendors, partners, outsourcing agents and in-house team members
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all functional area of technology including Magento or other based e-commerce platform, content and review sites, testing, production operations and technical support
- Work directly with the founder and CEO to help develop the best technology strategy to support the accelerating growth of the business
- Define, architect, and execute the organizational and infrastructure plan required to fulfill the company's business and technology strategies
