Skill: Linux/Sybase/AIX/Citrix/SQL Server/Solaris/Windows/VMware (Admin Role) Experience: 7 to 14 years Job Location: Noida Job Description: * Excellent oral and written communication skills including documentation * Ability to handle multiple complex tasks concurrently * Ability to use problem solving techniques such as root cause analysis to resolve issues * Ability to collaborate with a team working across multiple locations * Capable of preparing detailed build / test plans to implement new technologies/configurations * Hands on experience with VMware vSphere v5.x * Experience with Windows and Linux Operating systems. * Patch Mgmt. on windows servers using WSUS. * Knowledge of Linux, Unix operating systems including FTP server Mgmt. * Experience with software Mgmt., central authentication (LDAP/AD) and security * Knowledge of data storage devices NAS and SAN * Knowledge on setting up HADOOP environment * Experience with scripting or automation languages bash/perl/python/powercli) * Knowledge of revision control software * Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, LDAP, SMTP Account Mgmt. a plus * Having good experience on trouble shooting LAN/WAN related issues * Working experience with VMware ESX, Virtual Center * Experience configuring & managing Symantec Endpoint Mgmt.
