We are currently looking for Selenium testers for our center in Bangalore.
Mentioned below is the JD-
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Maintain and enhance the existing automation frameworks.
· Automate existing functional manual regression/smoke test cases using Selenium.
· Execute the smoke/regression test scripts on different environments , analyse results and prepare report.
· Assess and revise(Maintain) existing test scripts based upon test results and/or changes in application.
· Work closely with Build/Development team to understand automation requirements and provide a strong automation service to IPB team.
· Execute Manual testcases during testing cycles to support the regression team.
· Execute test scripts and document defects for test scripts where the actual results do not successfully meet expected results.
· Perform regression testing in different environment(UAT/SIT) and Platforms.
· Ensure that processes and testing documentation meet total quality management and/or other reliability standards. Research and implement initiatives that would improve testing methods, processes, and test tools.
Qualifications
• 5+ Years of Experience in Software Testing (Minimum 3 years of automation Project management)
• Extensive knowledge and hands on experience in the test automation using QTP, Selenium
• Knowledge and Understanding of Automation frameworks
• Knowledge of testing methodology and test documentation procedures
• Very strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills
• Experience in testing web-based and client server applications.
• Knowledge of Test management tools – QC
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (waterfall and Agile) & BDD / TDD
Good to have:
• Knowledge of Loadrunner/SOAP PRO UI
• Knowledge of SQL, VB Scripting
• Knowledge of Financial and Banking applications.
