	Role: Technical Project Manager Experience: 10+ yrs. Job Location: Sector- 58, Noida Salary: Open Job Description:- The Technical Project Manager is responsible for guiding development projects from the conceptual stages through the development cycle. This position helps to ensure that the development process, architecture and standards are followed. The Technical Project Manager is directly responsible for the code quality of the project. While the focus of this role is more on project management, there is also an emphasis on mentoring project staff and helping with professional development. Roles & Responsibilities:- Helps to ensure that the defined architecture and development standards are adhered to. Assumes the leadership role as it relates to mentorship, training and giving feedback to development staff. Participates in software development functions such as: Design, Design Reviews, Code Reviews and Project Status. Leads the planning process for new feature development and existing software maintenance. Coordinates and maintains the configuration for software system installations. Coordinates and maintains the configuration for new release implementation and migration. Coordinates elements of the project plan with other technology staff outside of the project team. Consults with appropriate staff/departments on application requirements, user interface functionality and maintenance of systems. Assists Architects to help define the best approach to implementing new features/functionality and resolving technical implementations on additions to existing features Provides obstacle removal and guidance to development staff, quality assurance and production support staff. Provides timely response and support to production line customer issues and helps to ensure that system maintains all SLAs throughout investigation, troubleshooting and resolution. 	Desired Candidate Profile
	Education:   (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required) AND (PG - Any Post Graduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required) AND (Doctorate - Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required) Strong experience in end to end Project Management and Delivery including Project Planning, Team management, Risk Mgmt, Release Mgmt., Maintenance and Support etc. Strong experience in project management using waterfall and agile methodologies in onsite offshore model Ensure effective and required communication of the project status, risks and issues to all stake holders Should have good analytical and problem solving skills with ability to dissect the business requirements Ownership of project architecture, design, code reviews, best practices, technical challenges Should be able to perform in technical, managerial as well domain expert in multiple areas. Experience in Software design, development and management with proficiency in latest .Net technology including Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0, 4.0, 4.5, MVC, ASP.Net, C#, WCF, AJAX, Java Script, JSON, XML, SQL server, MS BI etc Experience in presales support, scoping, estimation and coordination with sales team and prospects Providing inputs to the Pre-Sales Team, enabling them to respond to RFPs/ RFQs. Excellent Communication and Presentation skills Good understanding and ownership of process compliances as per organization processes and in accordance to CMMi L5 Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving technology and commercial environment. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills. Experience in leading team of developers and leads Knowledge of project management and project planning tools.
