Tasks / Responsibilities:
Technical design/review of ETL components for Migration's and On-boarding Projects leveraging multiple ETL environments for development, testing, and production
Responsibility of Data Profiling and Cleansing of Upstream/Downstream data
Ownership of supporting Unix shell scripts (re-formatters/pre-processor) logic into ETL
Interaction with backend database structure and different Data formats(Set Static, Transaction data , KB files format) for building ETL workflows
Responsible for Upgrade and migration of different ETL components periodically
Experience using industry standard naming conventions, coding standards and best practices
Handling of Level 3 issue investigation, resolution and ownership of all Severity 1 and 2 Prod ETL related issues
Key Skills:
Excellent knowledge of ETL tools Informatica , Re-formatters ,Pre-processors, adaptors, control-m, nodes
Unix - AIX/Solaris, shell scripts knowledge.
Good knowledge Oracle 11 , PL/SQL ,java, etc
Preferred experience in Banking industry support reference data systems.
BE/MCA Degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Computer Science or IT-related discipline (or equivalent work experience)
