Current CTC: Expected CTC: Notice Period: Technical Architect Requirement * BE / BTech or Master Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology OR Electronics and Communication; * Experience in software development for minimum 5 years; * Strong skills in object-oriented programming, J2EE, J2SE, Oracle, Java design patterns; * Experience in designing and managing a team to build high load enterprise level applications * Willingness to travel; * Fluent English * Desired: good overall understanding of Java technologies: Spring, Hibernate, EJB3, JNDI, Axis, GWT Major Duties & Responsibilities: Responsibilities: * Review functional design with Business Analysts * Prepare technical low level design of the solution * Implement critical functionality * Work with cross cultural teams * Organize work of the team of developers, perform code review * Organize performance testing of the solution OR Technical Manager Requirements: *BE / BTech Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology OR Electronics and Communication; *Experience in software development for minimum 5 years; *Experience of team management (minimum 5 developers); *Strong skills in object-oriented programming, J2EE, J2SE; *Experience in project management of implementation software solutions on corporate level; *Willingness to travel; *Fluent English. Responsibilities: *Taking part in project evaluation and planning, supporting Project Manager in defining WBS and schedule for the implementation activities; *Expert estimations for Level of Effort required for particular tasks; *Technical management of solution implementation over a project; *Ensuring compliance with technical specifications and detailed requirements; *Ensuring compliance with acceptance criteria; *Integration of all parts of the solutions, coordination of all development streams; *Direct participation and decision making in design, implementation, acceptance testing and deployment; *Implementation of measures to reduce the time and cost of works; *Ensuring completeness of project documentation; *Management of defects resolution.
