Job Title :BI - Consultant Location: Hyderabad Experience : 7 - 12 yrs only Education : Any engineering /MCA/MSC Comp Science ROLE : To engage in delivery of solutions that involve providing a realization of Microsoft's SQL Server technology stack and to provide technology depth and experience in the conceptualization, design, and implementation of BI solutions based on MS technologies Responsibilities: KRA: Maintain a high standard of delivery quality to ensure high level of Customer Partner Experience Build on existing breadth of Microsoft products to provide significant contribution Across technologies Provide technical thought leadership and architectural vision Mentor other consultants (associates and juniors) SME and help with pre-sales, POCs and deal acquisition and management. Skills: Expertise / in-depth knowledge on BI related solution architecture Expert Skill level in SQL Server Analysis Services: Experience designing Real-Time cubes with superior performance Automated Deployment of a Data warehouse, Automated processing of Partitions/Cubes Designing Cubes, dimension modeling building data warehouse with at least one of the popular approach Desired skill level in SQL Server Integration Services: Implementing Highly scalable SSIS package Implementing Checkpoint, Transactions, logging etc implementing all/most of the Data flow/Control flow Tasks in SSIS building Package deployment and package Configuration implementing Analysis Services tasks Desired skill level in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) - Designing and developing SQL Server Reporting Services Reports - Good understanding on Grouping , Matrix, Charts - Exposure to Linked Reports, Parameterized Reports ( including cascading parameter reports) - Worked on defining report Expressions , layout and exporting extensions, sparkline charts - Custom Report exposure is an added advantage(e.g. implementing Gantt chart using SSRS) - Report Deployment automation Optional /Nice to have: * Experience in writing MDX scripts * Experience working with Data Mining Algorithms Experience working with BigData / PDW Is this job relevant to you?
