Joe has been an investor in consumer based companies for over 25 years and is also the founder and President of Retail & Restaurant Growth Capital, a private equity investment firm focused on growing retail and restaurant ventures. RRGC/Harberg have participated in transactions totaling over $1B of invested capital into early and growth stage retail and restaurant companies since 1988.
Joe holds active law licenses in Texas and New York and is a credentialed Mediator with Mediator360. Mediator360 is a civil mediation firm in Dallas with a unique proposition: a full-service mediation practice that works to resolve clients' issues in a more personalized way; with an all-encompassing approach utilizing co-mediation skills of experienced litigation attorney-mediators with experienced business professionals-mediators.
720 Investor is Joe’s newest venture. Founded in late 2013, 720 Investor is a digital and marketing consulting firm that connects unique investment opportunities directly to accredited investors, their advisors, and the traditional investment community like Hedge Funds, Broker-Dealers, Family Offices, Trust Companies, Venture Capital and Private Equity firms. The 720 process was built to prioritize marketing campaigns to targeted audiences based on specific demographic, psychographic and geographic filters through a proprietary process utilizing website showcases, email campaigns, video and display ads, content marketing, live phone calls, press releases, and social media. 720 Investor is not a Broker-Dealer and as such offers a unique pricing model where a monthly marketing fee is charged and transaction fees are not accepted for the work performed.
