JOB DESIGNATION/ROLE/POSITION Solution Architect JOB LOCATION Andheri West, Mumbai (near Andheri Shopper Stop on S. V. Road) CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS * Minimum working experience of 8 to 10 years having managed and lead Software Development teams (Technology C#, MVC, ASP.NET, SQL Server) * Should have successfully managed multiple Project Lifecycles completely * Should be familiar with MS Project, Visio, Team Foundation Server and various project measurement metrics * Works with luminary customers, technology vendors and technical partners to determine appropriate data structures and data migration strategies * Provides leadership for high-level architecture development for one or more concurrent projects, including system structure (i.e. hardware, software, and deployment models) and architectural principles including security, serviceability, performance, scalability, and reliability. * Understands and develops platform, technical roadmap and strategy documentation, educate others about existing and new architecture and be available for consultation where necessary. * Facilitates co-ordination between development teams where there are common dependencies or overlapping technical concerns, to minimize duplication of effort. * Acts as a technical mentor to other staff by promoting good design, coding and working practices. * Provides expert input for product design, implementation, and troubleshooting * Assist with development environment and process refinement * Makes high level design choices for the software structure, frameworks, protocols, and algorithms. Determines coding practices, development tools, and validation requirements.
