Assure that the team addresses all relevant issues within the specifications and various standards. * Work with functional managers to obtain necessary resources to support the team's requirements. * Regularly and effectively communicate Project and work plan status throughout the organization levels on progress, issues/risks, and opportunities. * Escalate issues which cannot be resolved by the team. * Participate actively in the appraisal process for his/her team members. Required Skills: *At least 8-12 years in Software development preferably in product design and development. * Should have lead a team size of 5 * Solid computer science fundamentals. * Working experience on Design patterns. * Good communication skills, verbal and written. * Good documentation skills.
