Job Description
Role: Lead Technology Architect
Division: NeGD

Job Description:
*Proactive in rapidly connecting with others, open and generous in extending time and assistance; willing to build and leverage relationships to accomplish tasks and meet goals.
*Able to communicate large volumes of content rapidly and clearly. Enthusiastic and persuasive, motivating others by considering their points of view, and then adjusting the delivery to fit the specific individual.
*Knowledge in web application framework like Spring MVC / Entity Framework / Zend PHP framework /Ruby on Rails /or other PHP Agile framework, Hypermedia Restful API
*Knowledge of Internet protocols and RFC standards, and revision control systems.
*Familiarity with technical requirements for search engine optimization.
*Familiarity with information security vulnerabilities and risk management.
*Familiarity with consumer privacy and payments industry compliance requirements.
*Knowledge in Latest internet Application development Technology
*Knowledge in Virtualization and Cloud technology
*Exposure to business theory, business process development, governance processes, management, budgeting, and administrative operations.
*A portfolio of relevant open source projects you significantly contributed to or a record of relevant research publications. Links to GitHub, blogs,
*Familiarity with Free and Open Source communities.
*Collaborative, comfortable working with and through others and possessing an intuitive understanding of team cohesion, dynamics, and interpersonal relations.
*Socially informal, extroverted, and outgoing, easily gaining familiarity with others. His or her communication style is uninhibited, lively, and adaptable, drawing others into conversations.
*Interested in building relationships and forging a team to handle technical matters. Affable, optimistic, and trusting.
*Focused on goals and those individuals who can help achieve them, rather than fixing on details or plans. Able and willing to delegate.

Qualifications:
Preferred qualifications include a MBA with Computer Science/Engineering degree
Experience:
Total work experience of 10 years in which 6 years of hands-on developer experience in Open Source Technologies.
