Job Description: Qualifications:  At least 10+ years of Data warehouse and BI experience.  At least 5+ years of architect level experience in Informatica in implementing large scale platforms.  Star Schema Design and data warehouse standards knowledge.  Should understand a Report Requirement to the underlying DW modeling.  Should understand complex business requirements handling.  Leadership experience with tackling different issues and successfully managing teams to achieve defined goals  Strong Oracle Database Knowledge & Performance Tuning  Experience with Informatica Power Center. Onsite Architecture experience is added advantage. Responsibilities:  Determining the project needs and establishing a roadmap based on best practices.  Understanding the key stakeholders' needs and adapting our communication processes.  Devising a roadmap for execution, including the current and future state of the architecture.Provide the scalability and expandability options.  A governance model for execution and post support operations.  Customer / Business Interaction, discussions to gain a knowledge base of the business to better understand the customer needs and devise a user adoption strategy.  Design, architect, and propose a strong BI roadmap that can address the business needs.  Provide validation checkpoint to ensure the accuracy and dependability of the code generated.  Change management, scope management.
