MSBI Technical Manager - Professional Skills - 7-12 or more years of demonstrated hands-on experience in creating technical specifications, application development, testing, tuning, and support of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence applications, along with Client Communication and Knowledge Transfer activities. Experience on Team management, governance and change management Experienced in managing resources, timelines, customer interaction, and deliverables of the project (quality and timelines) Technical Skills - Proficient in customization and configuration of MSBI product suite Proficient in all three components of MSBI (SSIS/SSRS/SSAS) Analysing business and technical requirements and translating them into efficient reporting solutions Should be able to do complex design and high performance architecture Should have excellent understanding of MSBI Architecture Should have excellent understanding of MS SQL Server Architecture Prepare high -level Architecture designs for the SSAS/SSRS reporting solutions Should be able to design cubes for complex business requirements Should have excellent understanding of Power BI, Power pivot and cloud Identify the performance bottle-necks in the report and resolve the same Mandatory Technical Skills Knowledge on Big Data features would be an added advantage.
