Work Location : Chennai Experience : 10 - 13 Years More than 10+ years with atleast 2 to 3 years worked in Project management. Ability to articulate the design to the delivery team, guide / mentor team members in execution of the design and troubleshoot wherever necessary. Ability to work in Pre-sales/R&D/Practice management activities. Should be quick/ able to adopt to changing priorities. Should be able to come up with solutions and perform estimation exercise. Ability to prepare and present solutions and architecture to customer. Hands on experience in delivering mission critical projects to demanding customers Responsible for Project Delivery - Inclusive of Design, Development, Estimation. Responsible for Customer facing skills Responsible for Project Management - Metrics, Monitoring, Tracking and Reporting. Desire to work across multiple technologies with the passion for learning new technologies and adapting /applying to live scenarios. Prior Project Management must have Java/J2EE development experience. Awarness in C and C++ is added advantage. Java, spring, Hibernate, Design patterns, HTML, JSP, Servlets, CSS, Java script. Worked in multiple platforms / technologies to suit business requirements. Application architecture and design on chosen technology / platform both high level, translation of the same at low level. Familiarity with different execution models specifically agile scrum based project planning and execution.
